1.2       Test tools and conditions/测试工具及条件说明

A,Constant temperature and humidity test chamber, model: ZY-GDW50L, temperature range: -60℃-150℃

恒温恒湿试验箱,型号：ZY-GDW50L,温度范围：-60℃-150℃;

B,Electronic scale, Model: ACS-3, range: 20g-3kg

电子秤，型号：ACS-3,量程：20g-3kg;

C,Automotive Transmission Oil, Model: Shell E-Fluids E6iDHTF ,1L

汽车变速器油，型号：Shell E-Fluids E6iDHTF, 1L；

D,Test oil-water ratio :99.5% oil (1L), 0.5% water (tap water)

试验油水比例:99.5%油(1L)、0.5%水(自来水);

E,Soak the test sample in the test oil water

将试验样品浸泡在试验油水中.

1.3       Test and pass standards /测试及通过标准

A, Low temperature :-45℃, keep for 8h;

High temperature :150℃ for 40h;

Test cycle :8 cycles

低温:-45℃，保持8h；高温:150℃ 保持40h；测试周期:8个周期 ;

B, Check whether the appearance is intact, whether the color changes, etc

检查表观是否完好、颜色是否有变化等.

2       Test process and picture/测试流程及图片

2.1       Test  process :测试流程

Prepare the samples ->Place the sample in the constant temperature and humidity test chamber -> Set the temperature and the time ->Closed test chamber->Check product apparent ->Report output

准备样品-> 将样品置于恒温恒湿试验箱内 -> 设置温度和时间 -> 关闭试验箱-> 检查产品状态 -> 报告输出
